A place for homeowners to compare options and contact Pak.

Five months waiting for a website. A business ready for customers.

Pak serves homeowners across Denver and Colorado’s mountain communities. After five months with a freelancer, its website still wasn’t live.

We took over and launched within a month. The cooperation then grew into managing the website, content, video, paid campaigns and local outreach together.

Our role was to turn Pak’s field expertise into marketing homeowners could act on. That meant building the tools, producing the material and reviewing how each channel contributed, with one team connecting the work.

Scope
Website, organic and paid marketing

Give every campaign a route to a customer.

We joined up what homeowners saw, where they landed and how they could ask for help. Each part of the work supported that journey.

Build around the buying decision.

We rebuilt the website around the questions homeowners ask before choosing a contractor: what needs fixing, which materials make sense and what the work might cost. Service pages, pricing guidance and interactive tools gave them a way to explore those questions before calling.

We connected those answers to estimates and enquiry forms, so someone arriving from search or an ad had a useful next step. Pak also gained control of its content, with an editable site it owns.

Match the message to the market.

A hail-damaged roof near Denver and an ice-dam problem in the mountains call for different conversations. We separated the content and campaign approach by location, service and season, then built landing pages that continued the message people had clicked or scanned.

That thinking extended beyond ads. In the mountains, we developed educational material and outreach for property managers, realtors and local associations, putting Pak’s expertise into the relationships homeowners rely on.

Turn expertise into regular marketing.

Pak brought the roofing knowledge and field footage. We developed the scripts, edited the videos and adapted them into social posts, short clips and longer explanations. Pricing, roof lifespan and seasonal risks became topics homeowners could use.

We coordinated that content with paid search, social campaigns and local outreach. The cooperation gave Pak a team to carry the work from an idea through production and distribution, while its own expertise stayed at the centre.

Answer the questions that stand before a sale.

A roof is a significant purchase. We gave homeowners ways to understand their options before committing to a sales conversation: a roof-selection quiz, local hail history, instant estimates and a library of practical guidance.

Use the evidence to guide the spend.

We compared mailing formats, connected QR codes to campaign pages and reviewed the website data alongside mailing records and sales enquiries. Printed postcards brought website visits at around one-eighth of the cost of handwritten envelopes.

That gave Pak a concrete basis for choosing formats. We also used the wider findings to guide channel priorities, with more emphasis on search and local relationships for mountain audiences.

Make the next decision easier to measure.

We expanded tracking across the site’s eight forms and four quizzes, including enquiries, quiz completions and click-to-call actions. Campaign reporting brought visits and those actions into the same conversation.

Content gave us another useful signal: an educational video about gable vents reached 64K+ TikTok views. We used that interest to inform future topics, keeping reach and lead results distinct in the reporting.
